2. Description of Service
EzyPOS provides a Point of Sale and business management application designed for street vendors and small business owners. The Service includes features such as billing, inventory management, sales reporting, thermal printing integration, and cloud data synchronization.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of EzyPOS, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Data Usage and Privacy

6. Offline and Cloud Sync
EzyPOS is designed to work offline with core billing features. When internet connectivity is available, your data will automatically sync to our cloud servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by EzyPOS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Subscription and Payments
EzyPOS operates on a simple daily pricing model of ₹10 per day. Payment terms:
- You are charged ₹10 only for days when you open your shop and use the service
- No payment is required for days when your shop is closed or you don't use the app
- Monthly cost varies based on how many days you operate (approx ₹300 if you open 30 days)
- All features are included in the daily rate - no premium tiers or add-ons
- You can cancel anytime without penalties
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy
9. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EzyPOS and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the app and on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
