2. Free Trial Period
EzyPOS offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During this period:
- You can access all features without charge
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged
- After the trial, you'll be charged ₹10 per day for days you use the service
- Trials are offered once per user/business
- No credit card required to start your trial
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Daily Pricing Model
EzyPOS operates on a unique daily pricing model designed for the flexibility of small businesses:
- Cost: ₹10 per day, charged only when you open your shop and use the service
- No charge for days when your shop is closed or you don't use the app
- All features included - no premium tiers or hidden fees
- Monthly cost varies: Approx ₹300 if you operate 30 days, less if you take holidays
- No long-term contracts required
3.2 Billing
You are charged ₹10 for each day you open your shop and actively use EzyPOS. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. No charges apply for days you don't use the service.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Accessing the subscription settings in the EzyPOS app
- Contacting our support team at [email protected]
- Managing your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account (if applicable)
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your service:
- You will not be charged for any future days
- You can reactivate your service anytime by simply opening your shop in the app
- Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation
- No penalties or cancellation fees apply
5. Refund Policy
5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For first-time subscribers, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee:
- If you're not satisfied with the service within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund
- To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account details and reason for refund
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
- This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase
5.2 Refunds for Specific Issues
Beyond the initial guarantee period, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service on specific days
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Service outages lasting more than 4 hours on a given day
Since you only pay ₹10 per day of actual usage, refunds for unused days are not applicable as you're not charged for days you don't use the service.
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Charges for days already used beyond the initial 7-day guarantee period
- One-time purchases of hardware accessories (if applicable)
- Charges due to user error or misuse of the service
6. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Occasionally, we may offer promotional pricing or free days:
- Promotional offers may have specific terms and conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time

- Continued use may be restricted until outstanding payments are settled
- Your data will not be deleted; it will be retained securely
- You can update payment information at any time in the app
- Outstanding balances must be cleared before resuming service
9. Reactivating Service
If you've stopped using EzyPOS and want to return:
- Simply open the app and resume using the service
- Billing will restart from the day you reactivate
- Your previous data will be available if within the 90-day retention period
- No reactivation fees apply
10. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service:
- If we discontinue the service entirely, you will receive advance notice and will not be charged for any days after discontinuation
- If we modify pricing, existing users will receive 30 days notice before changes take effect
- We will provide reasonable notice before major service changes
11. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallet Payments: 3-5 business days
